Outsourcing your weekly or monthly payroll is a cost effective method of freeing up your own time. The cost is £4 per payslip produced, plus a further charge for the year end reporting (subject to minimum spend). The cost of this will vary depending on the level of complexity, but for a simple payroll without expenses or benefits the cost will be £4 per P14/60 produced. We will be happy to offer a quotation for payrolls involving P11d returns where benefits such as company cars and health insurance schemes are involved.

On your designated day you will fax or email us with the relevant information, hours worked by employee, overtime payments, bonus payments, holiday pay etc. From there we will produce the employee payslips and deliver them to you in time for distribution on pay day, If you require we will arrange for payments to be transferred from your bank account to your employee accounts. And at the end of the month or quarter (depending on the size of your payroll) you will be advised of the amount you need to send to the Inland Revenue to cover PAYE and National Insurance contributions.

And of course we will handle all the year end paperwork that current government legislation requires, as well as submitting your annual return to the Inland Revenue via the internet.
